Please read these terms before registering for an event on Critiq.
1. Critiq is a platform
Critiq provides the software platform used to list events and take registrations. Critiq does not organise, host, run, or control the events listed on it.
2. The organiser runs the event
Each event is run by its organiser. The organiser is solely responsible for the event — including its schedule, format, judging, safety, conduct, and for any refunds, cancellations, or changes. Questions, disputes, and refund requests should be directed to the organiser.
3. Photo & video (media) consent
By registering you agree that the organiser may capture and use photos and video of participants taken at the event — for example for promotion, recaps, and results — without further compensation.
4. Limitation of liability
Critiq is not liable for the event itself or for the organiser’s acts, omissions, payments, or refunds.
5. Your data
The details you provide (including participant name, email, and country) are used to process your registration and shared with the event organiser for running the event, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
